Online Your order will be processed immediately upon receipt. As a manufacturer that prides itself on the handcrafted nature of our products, please understand that it may take a few days for your order to be built up. Orders with items that are in stock will ship out right away on the next business day, and if a production build has to be launched for your order it may take up to 5 business days to get things ready. You will receive a confirmation from us once your order is entered into our production system and you will receive an email from you shipping provider once your package leaves our building. In your neighborhood We are working to establish a network of retailers across the nation and around the world to provide products for you in a nearby market. If you know of a store that you think should carry our products, drop us an email. In Duluth We have moved to a cool old building on Superior St right off of I35 in Duluth! Our new building has room for a retail space so you can see and feel the bags that get better with age. Retail Hours: 9a.m. to 5p.m. Monday through Friday, Saturdays by appointment

If you live in or near Duluth, or plan to visit soon please stop in and say “hi” we’d be happy to show you around. There’s the “Clicker” in the back of the store. It works to punch out the straps, corners, and reinforcements we need for our packs and bags. Upstairs there’s more action to see, sewers work throughout the day putting the bags together. Waxed canvas combined with American leather, you may be surprised the bags are put together inside out. Riveting machines show their age from decades of use but they still reliably reinforce stress points of our packs and bags. If you’re lucky, when you’re here you can catch a percussion show of sorts. There are unique sounds that come from the pounding bench when the backstraps get their hand pounded rivets and reinforcements attached. Our shop dogs Tico and Duffer also love it when customers stop upstairs to see them.
