Our waxed cotton is impregnated with a paraffin formula that makes the fabric waterproof yet breathable. We're offering this product for you to re-apply to areas of rough wear, it is not necessary to use it on our waxed canvas products as an extra "treatment" to your new items. Rub in a little sparingly and heat it up a bit with a hair dryer.
